It mentioned that the hotel has a room for storage of skiis, which was very convenient for me as a ski enthusiast. the large balcony in my room offered breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, allowing me to immerse myself in the stunning natural beauty.

While the database accurately described the hotel's facilities, it failed to mention that the rooms only provided the basics. The room lacked certain amenities and the bed was incredibly stiff, making for a rather uncomfortable sleep.

Traditional hotel with exceptionally attentive and helpful staff and excellent views of the mountains. Magnificent and absolutely perfect location in a beautiful area, and 15 minute walk from Gemmibahn. Adjacent to the surrounding mountains, Leukerbad back in 2004 and the restaurant.

Big size & clean hotel, its location is great and stunning near many bars, restaurants and Migros supermarket, and Le Bristol. It has both courteous and pleasant staff...

Air-conditioned and great-sized room plus large bathroom. Great facilities, very comfy bed.

Everything was simply excellent. The hotel was gorgeous, the room was extremely pleasant and brand-new, had essentials for a special stay. Location: the property was near the valley, the railway station, and the mountains around. And there was Tom's Saloon with short-orders steps away from the venue, super convenient. Booked a room for storage of skiis. The breakfast was delicious and pretty decent, had lots of food like coffee, bread, cereals, and eggs;)))

Great mountain view from the balcony. Excellent SPA area with indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Friendly staff and good food. Convenient location, close to the center and the gondola.

Nothing, no complaints at all.

The room was big, clean, comfortable. Spa facilities very nice, liked the fact that the hotel had its own thermal pools, sauna, hammam. I also had a massage - very relaxing environment, staff very professional and competent. Staff on reception also very polite and helpful. Breakfast good.

Some jacuzzis in outdoor pool stopped working. Kids less than 6yrs old are allowed on the pools so if you don't want to be disturbed by noisy kids don't stay here during school holidays!

The location of this hotel is perfect, however the massage service may not reach your expectiation if you try it in asia before.

The massage servise is not good when compare with the one in Thailand or Hong Kong

Relaxing hotel with helpful and professional staff. Main plus are the swimming-pool, fitness and spa facilities in the hotel. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel is located within walking distance from shops, restaurants and leisure activities. Will return soon.

We had an amazing time at Le Bristol! The pool and spa facilities were fantastic, with both indoor and outdoor pools to enjoy. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful town and surrounding area.

The room was brilliant. The spa facility was very nice and had a nice view around. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The Sauna room doesn't open until 11am, and that's the time we have to check out, therefore couldn't enjoy it in the morning after spa.
